Tarta de queso La Viña style – burnt cheesecake – Basque cheesecake – GF

Super creamy!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 120 creme fraiche/whipping cream
  • 250 gr cheese cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour (8gr) – for GF substitute the wheat flour with the same quantity of corn flour
  • 4gr vanilla sugar

Steps

  • Preheat the oven 220 degrees Celsius
  • Soften the cream cheese with a spatula
  • Add the sugar and the vanilla sugar and mix well
  • Add the flour and mix well
  • Add the eggs and mix well
  • Add the whipping cream and mix well
  • Bake it for around 30 minutes – depends on your oven – Remember you need it to be deep brown on top! It is called burnt cheesecake!

I used a 15cm rounded baking pan.
