
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 60 gr sugar
- 120 creme fraiche/whipping cream
- 250 gr cheese cream
- 1 tablespoon flour (8gr) – for GF substitute the wheat flour with the same quantity of corn flour
- 4gr vanilla sugar
Steps
- Preheat the oven 220 degrees Celsius
- Soften the cream cheese with a spatula
- Add the sugar and the vanilla sugar and mix well
- Add the flour and mix well
- Add the eggs and mix well
- Add the whipping cream and mix well
- Bake it for around 30 minutes – depends on your oven – Remember you need it to be deep brown on top! It is called burnt cheesecake!


I used a 15cm rounded baking pan.
