It has a very fluffy texture and a very beautiful white color!

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 250g lactose free yogurt
- 45g powdered sugar
- 5gr vanilla sugar
- 50g glutenfree flour
- pinch of salt
- fruits, chocolate and powdered sugar for decorating
Steps
- Mix the yogurt and the flour till you have a homogeneous mix and keep aside
- Whisk to stiff peaks the egg whites with the sugars and the salt
- Add the egg whites to the yogurt mix
- Butter a baking pan and add the dough
- Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius
- Bake for 45 minutes till golden brown
- Wait for it to cool down before cutting it and serving it with powdered sugar and fruits for example
