Snow white fluffy cake – GF and DF

It has a very fluffy texture and a very beautiful white color!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 250g lactose free yogurt
  • 45g powdered sugar
  • 5gr vanilla sugar
  • 50g glutenfree flour
  • pinch of salt
  • fruits, chocolate and powdered sugar for decorating

Steps

  • Mix the yogurt and the flour till you have a homogeneous mix and keep aside
  • Whisk to stiff peaks the egg whites with the sugars and the salt
  • Add the egg whites to the yogurt mix
  • Butter a baking pan and add the dough
  • Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius
  • Bake for 45 minutes till golden brown
  • Wait for it to cool down before cutting it and serving it with powdered sugar and fruits for example
