
I used a pan of 14cm but the pancakes were smaller than the whole surface (1 tablespoon of dough for each one) and I made 6 pancakes (were ok for 2 people!).
Ingredients
- 60gr chickpea flour
- 20gr oat flour (here you can find the recipe for: homemade oat flour)
- 120ml oat milk (here you can find the recipe for: homemade oat milk)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a couple of drops of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon syrup ( I used quince syrup but you can use whatever syrup or honey)
- butter or oil for greasing the pan (I used olive oil)
Steps
- Add all the ingredients and mix well
- Warm a pan in medium fire and grease it only a tiny bit
- Grease the pan before each pancake
