Chickpea Pancakes – GF and DF

I used a pan of 14cm but the pancakes were smaller than the whole surface (1 tablespoon of dough for each one) and I made 6 pancakes (were ok for 2 people!).

Ingredients

  • 60gr chickpea flour
  • 20gr oat flour (here you can find the recipe for: homemade oat flour)
  • 120ml oat milk (here you can find the recipe for: homemade oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a couple of drops of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon syrup ( I used quince syrup but you can use whatever syrup or honey)
  • butter or oil for greasing the pan (I used olive oil)

Steps

  • Add all the ingredients and mix well
  • Warm a pan in medium fire and grease it only a tiny bit
  • Grease the pan before each pancake
You can serve them with maple syrop that matches very good

GF stands for gluten free.

DF stands for dairy free.
