
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sourdough (around 120gr)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 60gr butter
- 1 egg
- 20gr sugar
- 50gr cacao
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Steps
- Preheat your oven in 200 degrees Celsius
- You mix the sourdough with the milk and the flour and you let it rest in room temperature at least 6 hours. If the weather is warm it will double in size earlier and then you are ready to go.
- Add the egg and the butter and mix well
- Add the sugar, the cacao and the baking soda and mix well
- Bake in for around 25 minutes (Depending on the oven-check with a toothpick if it comes out clean)

You can add an icing to make it more beautiful while serving.
Or use even marmalade or powder sugar, that like this you do not need to prepare something extra.
