If you got at the same moment lots of vine leaves, you can easily freeze them, so that you can prepare them at some other point
- You need to wash them well and check for spots that have guests.
- Remove damages parts
- Boil water and add salt
- Blanch them for 30 sec to 1 minute depending on their size. As soon as they change color and become darker are ready
- Let them cool down and drain from excess water
- Wrap them in membrane (or in ziplock bags) and add a label. I have white stickers, that I can just write what there is inside, the date and the quantity
