Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups almond milk
- juice of 1 medium lemon
- zest of one lemon
Preparation
- Add in a pot the sugar, cornstarch and salt, turn on the fire in medium and add 1 cup of almond milk and the zest
- You need to stir the whole time, so that it doesn´t get stuck
- when it starts getting thicker, you add the second cup of almond milk and stir till the texture is the one of a pudding
- Add the lemon juice and stir again till it gets absorbed
- When it is ready you add it in bowls. It is enough for 5 small cups, like the ones of panacota
