Summer savory (en) – ajedrea de jardin (sp) – santoreggia annua (it) – Sommer-Bohnenkraut (de) – thrubi (gr)

This is a very special and aromatic herb, that is not that commonly used. You can find it in the mountains of Naxos but it is not that easy like thyme, oregano and rosemary. It resembles thyme and you will find it quite often in the same area with thyme.
