Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana (the one used was 70gr)
- 40gr sugar (if your banana is very ripe, this is really enough, but you can try the mixture before adding the egg and check!)
- 40gr coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 45 gr melted chocolate
- 90 gr ground haselnut
- 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 drops of vanilla or rum
Here you can find the recipe of the banana frosting that I served it with:
Preparation
- Preheat the oven in 180 Celcius
- Mix the coconut oil and the sugar until fluffy
- Add the banana smashed and mix well
- Stir in the melted chocolate after letting it cool a bit (Here you can try the mixture if it is sweet enough for you)
- Add the egg beaten
- Add the flour together with the salt and the baking soda
- Add the vanilla
- Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. You can insert a toothpick and check if it is coming out clean
- You can serve it with banana frosting, or whipped cream, cheese cream or a chocolate cream and on top some fresh fruits
