
Ideally you have Greek pittas. If not, you can use bread or Mexican tortillas.
you can prepare a bit of French fries in the air frier, cut a bit of tomato (maybe also cucumber) and add lemon and parsley or coriander.
The magic part is adding slices of cheese. Put the pittas in the oven shortly with the cheese on top. Add the leftover meat and the tomato and on top put another pitta with melted cheese.
