Delightful Coconut cinnamon Pudding: Quick and Simple Guide

Ingredients

  • 550 milk 
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 30g sugar 
  • 10gr shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon more for serving
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon for serving

Steps

  • Prepare a baking pan with oven paper for the ready pudding to go in
  • Add half of the milk in a bowl together with the cornstarch and mix well.
  • Add the other half of the milk, the sugar and the coconut in a pot and warm it in medium fire.
  • Add the milk with cornstarch in the milk with sugar and coconut slowly and keep cooking and stirring till it gets thick. Do not stop stirring, cause it will get burned
  • Add the pudding in your baking pan snd sprinkle it with coconut and cinnamon
  • let it rest for a couple of hours.

This would be a nice dessert for Christmas and all those party dinners!
