healthy turmeric-oat-raisins naturally sweet cookies

ingredients

  • 60gr oats
  • 20gr almond flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 20gr flaxseed
  • 50gr raisins
  • 20gr sunflower seeds
  • 1 smashed banana
  • 20gr yogurt
  • 10ml water
  • 1 tablespoon rice Sirup (or honey or something similar) – optional

Steps

  • Preheat your oven in 170 degrees Celsius
  • Add all the dry ingredients and mix
  • Add the banana, the melted margarine, the sirup and mix again
  • Shape cookies
  • Bake them for 15-20 minutes

Very crunchy cookies and with dried fruit and seeds. Very healthy.

You could add also cinammon and make them “christmas-y”!
