We make this easy cake when we have a bit of coffee, that is left over. It is an easy recipe and you only need 1 bowl and the baking tray.

Ingredients
- 20gr of Ground Flax Seed
- 30gr water
- 120ml coffee
- 2 eggs
- 190gr spelt flour
- 20gr cocoa
- 4gr vanilla sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 80gr Sugar
- 25gr Dark Chocolate
- 30gr nuts (we used hazelnuts and almonds) in small pieces (for example a hazelnut cut in 2 pieces)
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 175 degrees Celsius
- Let the ground flax seed with the water a couple of minutes till it becomes like a gel
- Add the coffee and the eggs and mix
- Add all the rest of the ingredients
- Butter a baking pan
- Bake till a toothpick comes out clean. In our oven it needed approximately 40 min.
