
Ingredients (this is a very small cake – 12cm, so you might want to double it)
CAKE
- 50gr fine semolina flour
- 55gr flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 30ml ml milk
- 10ml egg liquor
- 1 Zest from 1 lemon
- 4gr vanilla sugar
- 60g butter in room temperature
- 40g sugar
- 1 egg (we used vegan egg)
Steps
- Add the sugar and the butter in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the milk, the zest, the egg and the egg liquor and mix
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
- Butter the oven form and add semolina, so that you can remove your cake after baking easier
- Preheat the oven at 165 ° Celsius and bake till a bit golden. It needed around 30 minutes in our oven
