eggless banana chocolate muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana- approximately 90gr (you can use also frozen banana)
  • 80ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 10gr egg liquor

  • 65gr whole wheat
  • 40gr all purpose flour
  • 10gr sugar
  • 3 tablespoons seeds
  • 35gr chocolate in small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon cinammon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4gr vanilla sugar

Steps

  • Mix all the wet ingredients
  • Add all the dry ingredients in the wet and mix well
  • Fill your muffin forms and cook till they are well baked inside (you can check with a toothpick). They needed around 30 minutes in our oven
