filled pasta with tuna

ingredients

  • 1 small onion in dices
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 100ml creme fraiche
  • 1/2 tomato in small dices
  • dried oregano
  • bread crumbs (optional)
  • capers to decorate (optional)

Steps

  • Boil the pasta at the correct al dente time
  • Cook the onion till golden and add the tuna
  • After mixing the tuna with the onion, add the creme fraiche and keep stiring. When it stops being liquid, stop the fire and remove the pan from the fire
  • Add the tomato and the oregano
  • Let it cool down a bit before filling the pasta
