What am I tasting in my coffee? – talking about pour over

In 1995 appeared from the 1st time the coffee taster´s flavor wheel from specialty coffee association of America. Since then a lot of different wheels exist with more or less info than the original one.

Of course sometimes you experience also flavours that are not that positive. The following wheel is there to help you with that.
