
Ingredients
- 550 milk
- 50g cornstarch
- 30g sugar
- 10gr shredded coconut
- zest of half a lemon
Steps
- Prepare a baking pan with oven paper for the ready pudding to go in
- Add half of the milk in a bowl together with the cornstarch and mix well.
- Add the other half of the milk, the sugar, the zest and the coconut in a pot and warm it in medium fire.
- Add the milk with cornstarch in the milk with sugar and coconut slowly and keep cooking and stirring till it gets thick. Do not stop stirring, cause it will get burned
- Add the pudding in your baking pan and let it rest for a couple of hours
