The red shrimps were of Palamos (city of Spain) and were delicious. This city is famous for the shrimps they have.
We added olive oil in a frying pan and a garlic and then we added the exteriors and the heads of the shrimps. We cook it, in order to make a sauce. In the end we finished it with a bit of cava that we poured in the pan.
While you boil the pasta, you cut the shrimps in small pieces, add lime juice, salt and freshly grounded pepper.
When the pasta is ready, remove all the exteriors and the heads of the shrimps from the frying pan (so that you have only the sauce) and add the pasta to the pan. Give it a good stir, that the sauce goes everywhere in the pasta and serve in a dish.
Add on top of the pasta the red shrimps tartar with a bit of olive oil.
This is a true zero waste recipe. We used even the exterior of the shrimps!
