To reach Atsipapi, you need to take the road a bit after Koronos. It is out of the bitten path and it is very interesting to see this settlement built at an altitude of 540m.
On your way to Atsipapi you will find the church Argokiliotissa, which is a very important monastery at Naxos and will give you breathtaking views of the island and the Aegean sea.

In the Atsipapi village apart from the old cycladic architecture, you can also enjoy the beautiful byzantine chapel, which is called Panagia Kera with fascinating traces of frescos from the 9th century inside and the church of Agios Isidoros, that was built before the 11th century.
