- 110gr beetroots, peeled and grated*
- 1 egg
- 30ml vegetable oil
- 40gr Greek yogurt
- 30gr sugar
- 8gr vanilla sugar
- 30gr walnuts in small pieces
- 30gr raisins
- 100gr flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Steps
- Preheat your oven in 180 degrees Celsius
- Add the egg in a bowl and beat it
- Add the beets, the oil, the yogurt and the sugar and mix
- Add the raisins, the walnuts, the baking powder, the salt and the flour and mix
- Butter and flour a baking pan and add your dough
- Bake till a toothpick comes out clear. We needed in our oven approximately 40 min.
