Nutritious turmeric and seed cookies for Any Occasion

ingredients

  • 50gr oats
  • 30gr hazelnut flour
  •  ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 25gr melted margarine
  • 10 gr flaxseed
  • 15gr pumpkin seeds
  • 15gr sunflower seeds
  • 12gr water
  • 1 egg

Steps

  • Preheat your oven in 170 degrees Celsius
  • Add all the dry ingredients and mix
  • Add the egg, the melted margarine, the water and mix again
  • Shape cookies
  • Bake them for 15-20 minutes

You could use them next to a cheese plate or for an aperitivo or at whatever other occasion as a snack!
