
This is the way to use any dried mango that you have!
Ingredients
- 180g plain flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 80gr sugar
- 60gr ready-to-eat dried mango
- 60gr chocolate
- 40gr walnuts
- 15ml apple liqueur or whatever liqueur you prefer
- 130gr Greek-style natural yogurt
- 2 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 120ml sunflower oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 170 degrees Celsius
- Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Make a hole in the middle of your dry ingredients and add the wet
- Mix well and add the mix in a oiled and floured pan
- Bake till a toothpick comes out clean (approximately 40 minutes in our oven)
You could skip the walnuts and put only chocolate (but put more chocolate, as much as the walnuts are) or the opposite (skip chocolate and put only walnuts).
