- 60gr oats
- 20gr almond flour
- 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 30gr flaxseed
- 50gr dried apricots in small pieces
- 20gr sunflower seeds
- 1 egg
- 30gr margarine
- 1 tablespoon rice Sirup (or honey or something similar) – optional
Steps
- Preheat your oven in 170 degrees Celsius
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix
- Add the egg, the melted margarine, the sirup and mix again
- Shape cookies
- Bake them for 15-20 minutes
Very crunchy cookies and with dried fruit and seeds. Very healthy.
