
As we wrote already in a post, it is not that difficult to make sushi. Of course it is required some time and skills but with practice you become better.
What can you do, if you make more sushi rice than what you can eat?
We make a ball and inside we put tuna fish from a can after we season it. You can add bucovo or freshly grounded pepper or a bit of soy or even the caviar balls.
You can place it on the outside of an algae an enjoy it like a kind of taco!
