
If you have only a bit of quinoa left but it is not enough for two dishes, you can mix it with a bit of rice. A bit of tomato sauce, tofu with nuts, sunflower seeds and bukovo (spicy red dried pepper with the seeds crushed) match very well with this dish but all of them are optional.
You can do this dish with whatever legume you have left over. Chickpeas, lentils or beans for example.
