vegan cocoa sourdough cake

ingredients

  • 120gr all-purpose flour
  • 80gr sugar
  • 20gr cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 90gr starter straight from the refrigerator
  • 90ml water
  • 4gr vanilla sugar
  • 30ml vegetable oil
  • 35gr dark chocolate in small pieces
  • 60gr raisins

Steps

  • Mix all the dry ingredients (except the raisins and chocolate) well
  • make a hole in the middle and add the sourdough and all the wet ingredients
  • mix them well and add the chocolate pieces and raisins
  • let the dough overnight in the fridge
  • remove the next day the mix from the fridge at least 3-4hours before baking (in the summer you need less time)
  • Butter and flour your baking pan and add the dough. You need to let it rest some hours, so that it raises
  • bake it in a preheated oven in 180 degrees 45-55 minutes depending on the oven
