Burger buns with dry yeast

ingredients

  • 210g all purpose flour
  • 4g instant yeast
  • 5g salt
  • 140ml warm water (not hot – warm to touch) 
  • 10g honey
  • olive oil
  • optional: sesame seeds

ingredients

  • Add all the dry ingredients, make a hole in the middle and add the water and the honey
  • mix well, cover it with a towel and let it double in suze
  • when it doubled in size, turn on your oven in 180degrees Celsius
  • add bit of olive oil at your hands and divide the dough in 4 bans
  • you can add bit of extra olive oil on top and some sesame seeds as well
  • place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven till they get brown on top
