Greek Yogurt Cake Recipe with Lemon Zest

Ingredients

  • 240g all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150gr sugar
  • 220gr Greek yogurt
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4g vanilla sugar
  • zest of 1 lemon

steps

  • Heat the oven in 175 degrees Celsius
  • Mix all the dry ingredients and make a hole in the middle
  • place in the middle all the wet ingredients and mix
  • place a reusable oven mat or oven paper in your baking tray and place your dough
  • bake until a toothpick comes out clean (depends on the oven – in ours needs 40-45 minutes)
