
Ingredients:
- 85g oats
- 115ml hot water
- 50 g yogurt
- 15g honey
- 1 egg
- vanilla extract
- 200g almond flour(~1/2 cup)
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 55g chocolate in small pieces
- 55g raisins
- optional: ice cream and fruits to serve
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 175° Celsius
- Add the oats in a bowl and pour the hot water. Mix well
- Add the yogurt, honey and the egg and mix well
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Butter your baking pan and add the dough
- Bake till a tooth-peak comes out clean (depending on the oven it will need 40-50 minutes)
You can have as desert like served above but also as breakfast or with your coffee in the afternoon.
