Crumble with oats, raisins and chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 85g oats
  • 115ml hot water
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 15g honey
  • 1 egg
  • vanilla extract
  • 200g almond flour(~1/2 cup)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 55g chocolate in small pieces
  • 55g raisins
  • optional: ice cream and fruits to serve

Steps

  • Preheat the oven at 175° Celsius
  • Add the oats in a bowl and pour the hot water. Mix well
  • Add the yogurt, honey and the egg and mix well
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  • Butter your baking pan and add the dough
  • Bake till a tooth-peak comes out clean (depending on the oven it will need 40-50 minutes)

You can have as desert like served above but also as breakfast or with your coffee in the afternoon.
