- 290g all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50g cocoa
- 170 sugar
- 350g Greek yogurt
- 50ml olive oil
- 70ml milk
- 3 large eggs
- 4g vanilla sugar
- 40gr raisins
steps
- Heat the oven in 175 degrees Celsius
- Mix all the dry ingredients and make a hole in the middle
- place in the middle all the wet ingredients and mix
- place a reusable oven mat or oven paper in your baking tray and place your dough
- bake until a toothpick comes out clean (depends on the oven – in ours needs 40-45 minutes)
