
Ingredients
- 70gr greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 10ml water
- 75gr whole wheat flour
- 35gr sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 20gr melted vegan butter
- 4gr vanilla sugar
- 20gr shredded hazelnuts
- 20gr raisins
- 25gr chocolate in small pieces
- 60gr shredded carrots
- chocolate for decoration
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius
- Mix all the dry ingredients (except the carrot, raisins and chocolate) and make a hole in the middle
- Add in the hole all the wet ingredients and mix
- Add the carrots, chocolate and the raisins and mix
- Butter and flour your baking pan
- Add the mix
- Bake till a toothpick comes out clean (depending on the oven should take around 40-50 minutes)
You can decorate it with chocolate!
