cod in the oven with fennel foliage

Quick, healthy and delicious. If you are at Apollon, Naxos, pick the fennel from the village. Fennel is a plan widely grown in the Mediterranean area but not only.

Ingredients

  • fresh cod
  • fresh or frozen fennel
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly grounded pepper

Steps

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
  • Add baking paper in your tray
  • Place the fish and add the olive oil, salt, pepper and the fennel
  • Bake around 20 minutes till the cod is nice and white cooked
  • Serve it with vegetables and accompany it with greek salad
