- fresh cod
- fresh or frozen fennel
- olive oil
- salt
- freshly grounded pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
- Add baking paper in your tray
- Place the fish and add the olive oil, salt, pepper and the fennel
- Bake around 20 minutes till the cod is nice and white cooked
- Serve it with vegetables and accompany it with greek salad
