This soup has a fantastic green matte color and the fish, the seeds and the bukovo make a nice contrast.

Ingredients
- 5-6 medium potatoes (using potatoes of Naxos will make this dish even better!)
- 2 handfulls of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- 1 piece of cod
- salt
- pepper
- optionally to serve: bukovo, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
Steps
- Boil the potatoes and when they need 2 minutes add the spinach
- Make a purree with the potatoes, the spinach, the yogurt and season with salt and pepper as you wish
- Steam the cod and add it on top of the soup in small pieces
- You can serve it with different seeds and a bit of bukovo
