the quickest 2-ingredient bread rolls

for a quick breakfast, dinner or aperitivo where you serve it with cheeses and hams! Like at the foto below!

ingredients

  • 130gr yoghurt (tried also with Soja lactose free yoghurt and worked pretty well)
  • 170gr flour with baking powder already incorporated
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • sesame seeds or freshly grounded pepper or herbs to place on top of the rolls

steps

  • Preheat the oven in 200 degrees Celsious
  • Mix the ingredients till you have a non sticky dough
  • divide them in small rolls
  • place them on the baking pan
  • you can add a bit of water on top and speed some sesame
  • Bake them till golden on top (around 20 minutes in our oven!)
