
You do not need to buy sticky rice. You can make it with rice that you already have at home, washing it well, letting it sit in water for a couple of hours and cooking it with less water than normally.
The sauce has onion (to give a bit of sweet flavour), that was prepared in olive oil in low temperature till transparent, we added a bit of flour and the curry and in the end coconut milk. Alternatively you can use a bit more flour and meat broth for the currysauce.
