
Ingredients
- 200gr thahanas (sour or sweet, we prefer sour in this recipe)
- 5×180 water
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- good olive oil for serving
- feta for serving (optional)
Steps
- Cut the onion and add it in a heated pot with olive oil
- but the carrot in small pieces and add it in the onion
- cut the zucchini
- when the onion is transparent add the zucchini
- Add the trahana and mix it well with the vegetables
- Start adding the water slowly
- every time you almost stay without water, add water and keep stirring , like making a risotto
- It needs to be cooked for 15-20 minutes while you stir
- When it is ready you can add the feta and serve it with a splash of olive oil
