quick whole wheat semolina cake with chocolate

ingredients

  • Dough store bough or homemade
  • 260ml milk
  • 80gr sugar
  • 100gr semolina (we used whole wheat)
  • 4 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate spread
  • a bit of extra chocolate spread for serving

steps

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius
  • warm the milk with the sugar
  • when the sugar is dissolved add the semolina and keep on steering in low temperature
  • when the semolina is done, let it aside
  • add your dough at the baking pan and make some holes
  • add the chocolate spread
  • add the yoghurt in the semolina, mix it well and then add it on top of the chocolate spread
  • bake for 20-25 minutes till your dough gets golden
