- Dough store bough or homemade
- 260ml milk
- 80gr sugar
- 100gr semolina (we used whole wheat)
- 4 tablespoons yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons chocolate spread
- a bit of extra chocolate spread for serving
steps
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius
- warm the milk with the sugar
- when the sugar is dissolved add the semolina and keep on steering in low temperature
- when the semolina is done, let it aside
- add your dough at the baking pan and make some holes
- add the chocolate spread
- add the yoghurt in the semolina, mix it well and then add it on top of the chocolate spread
- bake for 20-25 minutes till your dough gets golden
