
ingredients
- The pasta you wish (we like to do it with long pasta)
- 2 tablespoons butter per person
- juice of 1/2 a lime per person
- salt
- freshly grounded pepper
- optional: some cheese to serve (grana Padang at the foto)
steps
- Start boiling the pasta
- add in a small pot the butter, the lime and a bit of salt
- when the pasta is ready, serve it on the dish
- pour the sauce on them
- ground some pepper
- mix the pasta, so that the sauce goes everywhere
- optional to use also cheese
