Eggless upside down apple cake with yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 flaxseed eggs (2 tablespoons flaxseed and 6 tablespoons water)
  • 140gr whole wheat flour
  • 70gr flour with baking powder incorporated
  • 100gr sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4gr vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoons raisins

For Cake Batter – Wet Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
  • 130ml water
  • 70gr yogurt

optional: 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to serve

Steps

  • Prepare the flaxseed eggs with adding the ingredients in a small glass and let it rest
  • mix all the dry ingredients and make a hole in the middle
  • add in the hole all the wet ingredients and the flaxseed eggs and mix as less as possible. But you should have an homogeneous mix
  • preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celcious
  • Butter the baking pan and add a bit of sugary
  • slice the apples as you wish and add them in your baking pan
  • add carefully your dough and make it flat
  • bake till a toothpick comes out clean. In our oven approximately 40 minutes
  • when the cake cools down, turn it upside down
  • optional to springlebendigem a bit of sugar with cinnamon
