
Ingredients
- 2 flaxseed eggs (2 tablespoons flaxseed and 6 tablespoons water)
- 140gr whole wheat flour
- 70gr flour with baking powder incorporated
- 100gr sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 4gr vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons raisins
For Cake Batter – Wet Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
- 130ml water
- 70gr yogurt
optional: 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to serve
Steps
- Prepare the flaxseed eggs with adding the ingredients in a small glass and let it rest
- mix all the dry ingredients and make a hole in the middle
- add in the hole all the wet ingredients and the flaxseed eggs and mix as less as possible. But you should have an homogeneous mix
- preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celcious
- Butter the baking pan and add a bit of sugary
- slice the apples as you wish and add them in your baking pan
- add carefully your dough and make it flat
- bake till a toothpick comes out clean. In our oven approximately 40 minutes
- when the cake cools down, turn it upside down
- optional to springlebendigem a bit of sugar with cinnamon
