Super easy, very healthy and can be served as a side dish but as well alone as it is, with some good quality olive oil, salt and freshly grounded pepper. Perfect for a dinner or if you just wish a light dish.

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2-3 carrots
- beans for 2 people
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- Cut the onion in stripes and cook it in a frying pan with olive oil in medium temperature
- Peel the carrots, cut them and add them in the onion, when the onion is done
- Prepare the beans (we cut the 1 end 1 cm) and add them in the carrots and onions and add boiling water
- The water level should be above your vegetables
- Boil them for 10 minutes
- Serve them with oil, salt and pepper
- The match pretty well with grilled fish or biftekia!
