
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- olive oil for the pan
- 15-20 big leaves of kale
- 140gr flour
- 40gr feta cheese
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- optional: peppermint or mint and sesame to serve
Steps
- Cut the onion in small pieces and add them in a medium temperature heated frying pan with a bit of olive oil
- when the onion is transparent add the kale in small pieces till the kale is cooked
- if the onion and the kale is too dry add a bit of water
- when the kale is cooked, stop the fire and let it cook down
- when the onion and the kale is not anymore warm, add the feta that with you hands you make in small pieces and the eggs and mix well
- Add the milk and oil and mix well
- add salt, pepper and if you wish also herbs like oregano or thymian
- Butter the baking pan and add the mix
- add on top a bit of sesame seeds
- bake ins preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcious for 20 minutes and then lower the temperattire to 160 degrees for 20 more minutes
