Ideas – buckwheat salad

This is a quick dish and gluten free as well!

For every 1 cup of buckwheat, you need 1,5 cups of water and it needs around 10 minutes boiling, till it is soft enough.

While the buckwheat is cooking, cut your vegetables! Your greens, cucumber, tomato, peppers, carrots….

Serve it when the buckwheat cooled down a bit.
