This an easy way to eat salad in a special way. In the summer we always have salad and vegetables in the fridge. Very fulfilling meal, nice looking and quick! Especially if you will use rests from previous day. We had left over rice but we made also a bit of rice noodles!

Ingredients
- Left over rice and/or rice noodles
- salmon
- shrimps
- Roman salad (you can use whatever type you have)
- carrot
- mango (apple would match as well)
- Fresh coriander
- onions in vinegar
- cucumber (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- soya sauce (optional)
steps
- You need to wet the rice paper(follow the instructions on your package)
- add the ingredients that you wish
- you can dip it in soya or other sauces or eat it like this
