Ideas – peas with potatoes, asparagus and eggs

Quick delicious dish!

In one pot you boil the potatoes (approximately 20 minutes-depending on the thickness of your pieces), asparagus (approximately 2-12 minutes depending how thick they are) and the peas (approximately 10 minutes).

In parallel you boil the eggs and you could serve them like in the foto.

Serve with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Quick, healthy and light meal!
