- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Steps
- To prepare the wheat, let it in water overnight and cook it next day it water for 40 minutes
- Drain the wheat well
- Mix it with all the ingredients
- You could add more seeds like pumpkin or sunflower seeds
