Wheat with raisins and almonds

healthy and sweet enough for a quick snack or breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked Wheat
  • 1 handful raisins
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps

  • To prepare the wheat, let it in water overnight and cook it next day it water for 40 minutes
  • Drain the wheat well
  • Mix it with all the ingredients
  • You could add more seeds like pumpkin or sunflower seeds
