fantastic recipe to use red peppers

Ingredients

  • Red peppers
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Steps

  • Preheat the oven (up and down resistance) at 180 degrees Celsius
  • Add at your baking pan an aluminium and place your peppers
  • Put the peppers in the oven till they get slightly black on the upper part of them. Check the foto! It took 40 minutes in our oven
  • As soon as they get a bit burnt like in the foto, cover them with aluminium and put them again in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for around 1,5 hours
  • You need to wait till they cool enough to remove the skin and the seeds
  • You can use them as side dish to meat or fish or be more creative! Look below!
