
ingredients
- 2 flax seed eggs (2 teaspoons flax seed and 3 teaspoons water)
- 140g All purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Zest of 1 orange
- 70g Sugar
- 90ml Oat milk
- 40ml vegetable Oil
- 1 handful raisins
- 40gr chocolate pieces
- Shredded coconut to garnish (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Prepare the flax seed eggs and let them aside to become gelatinous
- Add in a bowl the oil, sugar and the zest and mix
- Add the oat milk and mix
- Add the flax seed eggs and mix
- Add the flour, the soda and the baking powder and mix
- Add the raisins and the chocolate and mix
- Butter and flour your baking pan and add your dough
- Bake until golden on top (around 40 minutes in our oven)
- You can add shredded coconut on top before you serve
