- 1 medium ripe banana
- 2 flax seed eggs
- 3 tablespoons rice milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut syrup
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/3 oat flour
- 4 gr vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Prepare the flax seed in a bowl and let it for a couple of minutes aside
- Mash the banana
- add the banana in the bowl with the flax seed
- add the wet ingredients and stir
- add the dry ingredients and mix
- add the dough in 7 muffin forms
- bake till a bit golden on top, 30-40 minutes
