- 1 cup oats
- 1/5 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup whole meal flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 water
- 1 tablespoon butter
steps
- Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
- mix all the dry ingredients
- make a hole in the middle and add the water.
- mix well and add little by little the butter
- make balls of walnut size and then make them flat
- make a small depression in the middle of each one
- bake them for 12 minutes in the middle of the oven
- when they are ready let them cool down and add the marmalade
