Oat cookies with marmalade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/5 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole meal flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 tablespoon butter

steps

  • Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
  • mix all the dry ingredients
  • make a hole in the middle and add the water.
  • mix well and add little by little the butter
  • make balls of walnut size and then make them flat
  • make a small depression in the middle of each one
  • bake them for 12 minutes in the middle of the oven
  • when they are ready let them cool down and add the marmalade
