Red beets and chocolate match fantastically with each other!

Ingredients
- 120gr cooked red beet
- 20gr sugar
- 20gr margarine
- 1 egg
- 10ml coffee
- 10gr cocoa powder
- 5gr corn flour
- 25gr rice flour
- 5gr coconut flour
Steps
- Warm the oven in 180 degrees Celcious
- Make a purée from the cooked red beets
- Butter with margarine and then flour the baking pan
- Add the sugar and the margarine in the red beet until they are a cream
- Add the egg and mix
- Add the coffee and mix
- In the end add the cocoa and the flours and when the mix is homogeneous add it in the baking pan
- Bake till a toothpick is coming out dry (between 30-40 minutes depending on your oven)
