Red beet and chocolate GF and DF dessert

Red beets and chocolate match fantastically with each other!

Ingredients

  • 120gr cooked red beet
  • 20gr sugar
  • 20gr margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 10ml coffee
  • 10gr cocoa powder
  • 5gr corn flour
  • 25gr rice flour
  • 5gr coconut flour


Steps

  • Warm the oven in 180 degrees Celcious
  • Make a purée from the cooked red beets
  • Butter with margarine and then flour the baking pan
  • Add the sugar and the margarine in the red beet until they are a cream
  • Add the egg and mix
  • Add the coffee and mix
  • In the end add the cocoa and the flours and when the mix is homogeneous add it in the baking pan
  • Bake till a toothpick is coming out dry (between 30-40 minutes depending on your oven)
